PERSONAL TRAINING

Combining my knowledge from collegiate strength and conditioning, physical therapy, and yoga realms, I offer a unique training style that is progressively sequenced, anatomy-based and builds functional strength.

One on one training is great for anyone…

  • Who is intimidated by the class environment, but would like to join in the future

All personal training sessions are currently held at our private gym but can be scheduled outdoors and online.

WEEKLY STRENGTH + CONDITIONING CLASSES

Join one of my seasonally based, sport-specific group classes to prime your muscles, prevent injury, and get ready to have your best season yet!

Group classes are great for anyone. Classes are adaptable to all abilities and fitness levels—I LOVE welcoming beginners!

Come work hard, laugh hard, dance hard with a laid-back vibe, epic tunes, and tight-knit community.

7AM + 9AM // Wednesdays + Fridays

All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Wear comfortable clothing.

We train barefoot.
